From Tin to Plastic – toys in early learning

Children learn through play. The Cape Town Museum of Childhood toy exhibition explores toy designs from the past century; and looks at how toys enable early childhood development. This exhibition reveals how toy design has adapted to new materials and styles over the years, leading to some of our most iconic toy designs.
