About the event:
BRIGHTMINDS WORKSHOP –
Pavilion design 1:50
Workshop for 8-12 year olds who love building stuff.
Pavilions are built with different materials, in different shapes and sizes, for different functions. Give your children the opportunity to work like an architect, and add form to their imaginary ideas for an open pavilion for the Cape Town City Hall, adding new activities and outdoor zones for children and families. We will be working with recycled materials. Julie Dufour, a Danish architect and educator will facilitate the workshop, helping participants to create 1:50 scale architectural models.
Places are limited. Book your child’s seat today, to avoid disappointment.
Julie Dufour has delivered many architecture and design workshops in Denmark and abroad.
